关于做好2023/2024学年中国政府奖学金生注册工作的通知

各学院（研究院）：

根据国家留学基金委关于做好2023/2024学年中国政府奖学金生注册工作的通知和我校实际工作安排，中国政府奖学金生必须按规定登陆中国政府奖学金来华留学管理系统（以下简称管理系统）完成注册操作后再由学校对其注册状态进行确认。

现将具体事项通知如下：

一、注册时间：

我校所有注册并且享受中国政府奖学金的学生，包括新生和老生需于9月26日前登陆管理系统进行注册操作。

二、有关要求

（一）学生在注册时应选择相应的授课方式，注册的同学均须选择“线下”。请注意：奖学金学生按照规定均须到校线下授课，未能按时入境返校的奖学金资格不保留。

（二）学生在注册时须对自己的信息进行核对，如果护照信息有误的，可写信至osao@xmu.edu.cn；其他个人信息有误的，请在完成注册后直接在系统中提交变更申请。

Notice on 2023/2024 AY Scholarship Registration of Chinese Government Scholarship Students

According to the latest notice from the CSC and work arrangements of the university, Chinese Government Scholarship students are required to register their scholarship in the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System. The university will later confirm their registration status in the system.

The details are as follows:

I. Registration Time

All Chinese Government Scholarship students who have finished registration in the university, including both new and continuing students, should log in the Information System and register their scholarship by Sept. 26.

II. Requirements

1. Registered students should select “offline”in the section of method of courses when registering scholarship in the system. Please note that all scholarship students are required to return to the university for study and for students who cannot return on time, the scholarship status cannot be reserved.

2. Students should check their information in the system. Students can write to osao@xmu.edu.cn if the passport information is wrong. If other information is wrong, students should submit information update application in the system directly.
